If you're high enough to equip this you should be wearing a Jester's Cape or Jester's Cape +1 on your Bard instead. Charisma at this high level as a Bard the THE most important thing to have. Emnity modifiers are useless as you should not be engaging in combat, only playing songs and backing up healers. Don't waste your time or gil on this thing. Build Charisma because the less you have the more the mobs you fight are going to resist Finale, Elegy, and Requiem.

i am quite aware of jesters cape, and in fact have one -_-
im more interested in this due to the many lvl cap areas around now, the MP is nice and enmity- never hurts to have :P
