There's one on Valefor right now. Last one sold for 500k. I bid this one up to 975k and can't get it. I'm sure I could have it if I want to spend 1mil, but that seems a bit much for a few mp.
It's a drop from the Holaris Peak Lv. 50 BCNM: Eye of the Tiger. Here's a link to what somepage has on it. It's a 3 man bcnm 15 mins against some leet tiger with high evasion. No, I haven't fought it, but being a Galka PLD I would definitely like to try.
Due to the supposed "high evasion" on this thing, I'd probably say ideal test pt would be PLD, BLM, RDM. If you really wanted to (most likely a stupid idea) rdm could go RDM/RNG so you can MB freeze off Piercing Arrow -> Seraph Blade, then Cover the BLM until you can actually finish it.
I ramble with nonsense and most likely heathen ideas. Ninja may not be able to hold hate well enough on this guy.

It is mostly a drop in one of the BCNM 50 fight, but I can verify thats just a guess.

On sylph, there was one up. this was before the 1gil buying that Agedcougar mentioned. i tryed paying 258k for it (all i had). wouldnt go though. it probably timed out so the guy did the 1gil and then someone ended up selling it for 200k. ya i was sad. wish i could get one.

I was looking to buy this for my Galka DRK for the extra MP but no one seems to know how to obtain one. Only one has sold on Sylph and it was for 1 gil. Can someone post prices on their servers so i know about what to bid.
