Yep, it's best to use for BLM elemental skill gear wise until you're lucky enough to get Sorcerer's Petasos. Only for those occasions when you're having a hard time landing spells without resists, though. For enfeebling, use the igqira head piece, which gives +10 :)
Not bad for RDMs for enfeebling magic either, unless you're lucky enough to have crimson or AF2.
