i believe that this item is needed to obtain the cursed pentasphere to trigger the AA18 fight. I just bought one for 20k, been seeing them selling for a lot more recently, but oh well, i just want Suppomomi. (or w/e spelling is).

One day while exping in Ro'Maeve behind the eastern Moongate we had a magic pot aggro through the wall from one of the next rooms. We quickly dispatched it and it dropped ink.

Sorry to bother. Does anyone know the name of the npc that gives this quest and his/her pos? Also the parchment needed is it just any parchment or a special dropped one? Thank You and sorry so many ?'s
There is no NPC per se, just the NPC in cutscene. All you need to do is run straight into Amphitheatre from the first platform (keep in the middle to avoid blue light dolls aggro).
Keep going straight until the end of the hall there will be unmarked spot selectable, without even a "???". It showed up as a " " when you selected it. You'll get a cutscene from that spot and it will direct you to find 2 key items to get the Pentasphere (or something).
Check your quest log in "Outland" you will see Divine Might flagged. Good luck.

This is a required item (along with parchment) to do the Divine Might quest.
