I have spent all day trying to farm two of these in both Carpenter's Landing and Jugner Forest from stag beetles, with no luck. The only reason I'm even doing this is the other day i was farming Wandering Saplings for seeds on a whim, and decided to whack a few beetles on the side. Three beetles, three beetle shells... Remembered the quest in sandy for 5 of them, figured it'd be easy to get two more... What gives? What's different today from yesterday? Anyone else have this experience?

They're also dropped the second they enter my inventory.

They're also found on Nest Beetles in Crawlers' Nest.
