I have completed basically every part of FF9. There is no Ultima Weapon within the game. The Ultimate boss is Ozma. Hades is another Ultimate Boss in the game.

All FF have Ultima weapon in em, I played FFI and II and they pretty much look the same and there is one in FFIII as well. I dunno about FFIV, but Ultima is a like bahamut, they have been in the game since it started. Ultima is in FFV and dunno about FFVI. He is in FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX and FFXII. i know i beat him in FFX-2 but cant rememebr where and there is one in FFX, which i finally killed few months ago after like 20 deaths at least.
no, wrong, FF7 had ultimate weapon but no ultima weapon, :) ultima was a super-cool spell :)

i know FF3 has something... it drops another one of the god sword things... theres 1 early on thats like a, lets say bead sword look to it, and one later on.. i should rep;lay my FF's i havnt in a while... but playing 11 is to fun..

FF1 - no Weapons.

FF3 - No Weapons.

FF6 - Translation Error. Atma Weapon was really supposed to be Ultima Weapon. However Due to limited character spaces and Translation (JP have 2 sounds per character except the vowels) this was changed to Atma.
FF7 there was Diamond Weapon (crosses into the area of midgar), Ruby Weapon (Desert near Gold Saucer) and Emerald Weapon (bottom of the sea) and Ultima Weapon. (The one that flies around, eventually drops Cloud's Ultima Weapon) so only 1 Ultima Weapon in FF7
FF8 - Deep Sea research center at the corner(Corners?) of the world map.
FF9 - Ultima seemed to have learned his lesson after that harsh beating in VIII. Either that or he's licking his wounds for the next fight in 10.

You missed out on a few.
FF1 had War Mech in Sky Castle where you fight Tiamat.
FF2 had Dragons and other monsters guarding chests that contained the ultimate weapons(Excalibur, Rune Axe, Diamond Mace, etc.)
FF4 also had monsters guarding the game's ultimate weapons.
FF5 had Omega, as well as Shinryu.

I'm impressed, this is pretty much all right on, though I do believe there was a weapon in the monster arena in FF10 and it was a million times harder then the weapon in the ruins. It was the last mob on the last page of the list of creations and you had to beat all the creations to unlock him. The 2nd to last one was a giant snail that went into his shell and regan 40,000 Hit Points per round, Much like Shen does in this game.

The mob's name is Nemisis, and yes, mondo HP, but with break damage limit, break hp limit, and re-raise, he goes down hard. WS will make him use an Ultima counter, so it's a long fight, and one of the best of the FF series.
Are you a player, or a conglomerate of guides?
Break Hp Limit in FFX is useless, but that's a whole different topic.

I got mine last week from finishing CoP 6.4 Airship-BC. And using it, warps u back to Jeuno Garden. But i have still the question, how this think recharge...

As most people have their HP in Jeuno : get a Warp Cudgel.
At best you could hope to someday upgrade this ring to a <1/1 0:30/[120:00:00, 0:30]>, but there's no indication of such a quest yet.

Yep you get this ring when you beat both Omega and Ultimate weapons, after the battle you are warped to Lufaise meadows and there is a cutscene where you see the 3 taru's that were in most of the Promathia Cutscenes you choose the option"Search them" and you will find that Ring which has 5 charges to warp you back to Ru'lude Gardens in Jeuno. There have been rumors about recharging this item but nothing concrete so far

I partied with someone while XP'ing subjobs the other day, and he had the ring. We were making jokes about warping if we got linked.
He started activatiing the ring as a joke, then we proceeded to all /check him. He was NA player, said it was a reward after defeating Ultima/Omega, and that it actually warped you to Luftaise Meadows <sp>.
I don't know if this is accurate, because i asked him how it got recharged and he said that he didn't know. So I assume that he himself has never used it.

You warp to Lufaise after you beat the weapons. But using the ring takes you to Ru'Lude Gardens.

Ducal implies a duchy ... in other words Jeuno. Using the ring warps you ("recalls you") to Jeuno. Whether there's any way to recharge it, however ... is a more pertinent question.

the ring has 5 charges because it is an enchanted item. Each charge allows you to "recall" which i believe is the equivalence of warp. The time alloted for casting i was told is 30 seconds and the the recharge time for repeating the recall is one full day. I kinda gathered this from a japanese player. I hope it helps!
