Sheikh Crackows
Made these LQM, Earthday, Leather 100+3, Cloth 60+1 with Gold advanced support.
I think they're a pretty good piece, but there are a ton of comparable alternatives for CHR in that slot. The Haste is nice but you'll never need it. As far as debuffing goes, the best piece is probably the new Shadow/Valkyrie's Clogs with Goliard Clogs close behind.
