Apocalypse is an exception, with 20,000 Windurstian currency required.
If you need this item for final upgrade, most LS will give priority to you. It is not worth much of anything unless you are upgrading final weapon.

My LS on cerberus did Xcabard last night we got 3 of these to drop from the dragons on the way to Ying and Yang i lost all the lots -.- maybe next time. But we didnt beat Ying and Yang with 36 people then we ran out of time :./ Go NerfedLS <3 !!!!!

Besides this item, all relic weapons require a 10,000 piece version of whatever was required for the first upgrade.. as well as the fragment from the designated Animated weapon-type and the fourth level weapon. The fragment and necropsyche are found in Dynamis Xarcabard from the Animated weapon-type and the Vanguard Dragon (respectively). However, the 10k piece is only available by trading in 100 of the 100-piece currency to one of the Goblin traders in Davoi, Beadeaux, and Castle Oztroja. To all who aspire to obtain these powerful weapons, good luck.

Deathknight used one to upgrade his Bec de Faucon to the Apocalypse, so my guess is that it's needed for all relics.

Nevermind. Someone on another forum said that it is used for the final upgrade of the relic weapons. There was a pic there too, but I can't do anything with the script I get when trying to submit one.
