The drop rate on these is rather high. I get a bunch whenever I kill the rabbits.

if you trade it with other items like torn epistole (spelt very wrong) then you get more gil, there are 4 items that the rarabs in saruburuta and the canyon drop, if you trade all 4 i think you get 500gil, also you cant carry more than one of each type on you at the same time

This is used in the quest called The Postam Always Ko's twice hes at (J-11) in Windurst Walls.
He'll give you 50 gil for it.
