If it were 33 for HQ1 66 for HQ2 and 99 for HQ3 and it might be worth making as a cheap alternative to shuriken. But as it is it's a complete waste of money.

hmm, auto-collection usualy means they extracted it from dat files far before someone submittited it. usualy on things that dont exist in the game.
but i've found this entry on both mysterytour and ffxi.cannotlinkto, and a couple others.
glue i can hq from very easyly farmable parts,
the featers are dirt cheap
and the batfangs are cheap/farmable.
i'm sooo temped to try and HQ these just to see if they exist

This is a huge gap between who can use it...THink about it. Most +1 items can be used but the same level people. IE Bronze Axe +1 and Regular Bronze Axe can be wielded by level 1 characters. But this is outrageous a 41 level gap?!?!?!
