both RNG and sam gain the weapon skill. of course, the ranger will benefit from it more, however in Dynamis these things were dropping like crazy so it didnt really matter. I could have lotted on one but I don't really find a 25m gil scavenger hunt to be very worthwhile.
Still, it would be something to have Sam/rng with Yoichinoyumi... I would pump full merits into AGI and archery. could get my archery to about 240 or so. at level 75 sam, its 230. we have the second highest archery in the game, and its 40 points short of a ranger. Thanks square enix.

Judging from the other final relic upgrades, I'd say Namas Arrow is the name of the Uber-WS that you are allowed to use with this weapon equipped.
However... only RNG can use ranged WS as far as I know... I'd hate to be a SAM with one of these, all the power, but no flashy WS to show it off ;_;

if you were a SAM and wanted to relaly reap the benifits of using bows, you'd proabalby be subbing RNG anyway, which means you would then have access to all your bow WS's
Anyone know what the Namas Arrow is?
