I rarely use army's paeon and it is selling for 1M on asura. Do you think this is a must have spell?

Hmm. Well, I had a post. But the Bard that I did it with summed it up much better in his post on the bard forums. Here is the linkie:

It drops from a Boneyard Gully ENM called "Shell (sic) We Dance?", no cap, 12 people.
