rare, but indeed dropped from galinippers. went back and forth around the perimiter about 2 and a half times, finally got it. smn75/whm37

Yep, the quest is active for "Tea with a Tonberry". The elvaan asked me to find Ahttowah Ginseng.
I don't know about you guys, but I fought ogreflies in Ahttowah Chasm for about 8 hours to no avail. Gallinippers in the chasm and gusgen mines, too.
WHM66/THF17 with TH1, they arent hard to kill, but I had *NO* luck on the drops.
Can anyone confirm that these flies still drop the ginseng?

As a lvl 70 THF I must've killed every Gallnipper around the perimiter 4 times over and never got the ginseng. I finally decided to try the Ogrefly in J-9 & K-9 and got it on my second kill. I hope this saves others some time.

I sauntered in, elegied a Gallnipper. It linked with a second one I didn't see. The link dropped the ginseng for me. Total farming time: 120 seconds.
Does anyone know where Gallinippers spawn in Attohwa Chasm? I'd really like to go on with this quest; the story is great so far.
On the East side where the low level mobs are. Just keep heading east through the tunnels and you'll see them as soon as you get to the main open area.
