I was on a 'break' during this event (Break after I got my Bastokan Tree). This sucks cause i need this. If you have it use it sparringly, the charges as far as I know can't be replaced.
If you did not get this you can not still get on, unless SE decides to make them obtainable again which would be unlikely except possibly in next years new years event. Also, if you use up the charges there is no way to recharge it whatsoever.
