As u very well know, u need Riverne Site #A01 to get to these guys, anywyz it is very true that u can wear a emp pin for more eva and dex+3 but being lvl39, u can use this for future quests and missions in the CoP series and as a nin, tanking, well u know that we get poisoned like crazy, to be able to resist it helps, specially when solo'ing, since nin dont have anything like bloody bolts for hp except a katana and pots. Being that emp pin is 5.5mil now in midgard, and VE is being camped more than before now, i'd say... this bandanna owns. Best alternative to emp pin in game until ohat and luckily its a guaranteed drop too.

Dobson Bandanna - Lv.39 All Jobs All Races [Head] AGI+3 Evasion+5 Enhances "Resist Poison" effect. Resist Poison is a Ranger Job Trait. Good for broke rangers who cant afford the Emperor's Hairpin.
(It's Currently 1.2million on Asura b/c of a Gilfarmer bot named Blunda who has camped it 24/7 for a good 3+ months now. - AND gets it 60% of the time. Someone ban the chick, I feel like getting a WHM w/ AF1 quest and shadowbinding the NM on her.)
The drawbacks; no DEX for melee attacks - RNG doesn't need melee attacks all that much, good ones are out of AoE range half the time anyway. Also, it's 5 less evasion than the Emp Pin. I gess you could refute this problem by saying Utsusemi will absorb attacks, if you get hate, long enough for the tank to regain control. And lastly, it has no DEF - yes, DEF:0 - none. You could have the same argument as evasion here, but I dont like feeling like too much as a piece of paper.

Yeah RNG has Resist Poison but all armor that enhances a job trait gives the trait to you even if you don't have it. Emperor's Hairpin is much better than this but if you can't get one, THF and NIN could benefit a lot from this too.
Its spelled Dobson BandanNa, 2 Ns for some reason.

If i remember correctly, the stats were eva +5 and dex +3. A small equivalent of the emp. hairpin.
