RDM,BRD,BLU,PUP can use it now.
i love this subligar lol....
i use it as 75 rdm in my resting macro (hey +1hmp isnt bad =P)
but even more important.... i am notorious for wearing this subligar
as a taru... i look pretty funny in it... kinda like im wearing a diaper
i have a special macro just for this stuff
/equip head "Opo-opo Crown"
/equip body (takes off my body armor)
/equip legs "Libra Subligar" :D
/equip feet "Bounding Boots"
i usually run around town in this gear and sometimes at LS HNM events ^-^)b
i am notorious for "humping" ( /welcome motion ) HNMs and even a GM =P

Update: Jobs that can use it: RDM/BRD/BLU.
I love running around in my Frilly White Panties and Elvaan Gilet <3, I seriously have never been more happy with the appearance of my character.

Please someone tell me I don't have to look at even more ppl running around in the short shorts. Can we at least get some leg coverage for us Elvaan males....One ls member wouldn't party with me until I exchanged my bastokian subligar for my RSE pants.

huh? only a brd and rdm can equip at lvl 50. riiiight, doesn't sound so good to me unless you needed it and switch it mid-battle. more info
it's for a quest to get lvl 50 JSE
