any item which is rare/ex cannot be traded with anyone soldd, or put on the AH, neither can u equip two rare or rare/ex items
You can sell it to an NPC :P

This drops from other KS30's and i think some of the KS99, im trying to get my hands on it >.> its teh win!! 36 dmg 6% criticals :O this + Merit points into Critical :O*drool* this on a THF with Merits into Critical + AF2 Harness *drool*
Also, Yes 500 weapon skills will get you to ACTIVATE the latant. same goes for all other other weapons ex: Heart Snatcher.

Ok, so when you get this lovely lovely item the latent becomes the main once you use 500WSs? Is that how it works? Or do you lose the latent all together and have a gimpy sword. Please clarify. ; ;

I think what he meant was, with this weapon equiped, you have to use 500 Weapon Skills (For example with the weapon on main use Fast Blade 500 times etc...)

Would the same rules apply as like the quested weapon skills? As in does the mob have to be EP or higher?
You can get it from BCNM KS30 "Double Dragonian" in Horlais Peak (Clotho Orb).
You have to deafeat 2 Undead Dragons, BRD & WAR Type (look like shadow dragon)
Dragonian Berzerker (WAR)
Dragonian Minstrel (BRD)
Our pt setup was:
PLD, NIN, RNG, WHM, BLM, RDM (all75)
Tactics:
NIN and PLD go in at same time, NIN engages the Dragonian Minstrel and PLD the Dragonian Berzerker.
The PLD then runs out of the arena and kites the WAR-type around till the rest of the pt killed the BRD Type. The Dragonian Minstrel use a nasty curse that halfs your HP evertime he use it - and he spams this **** :) i ended up with 120 HP once, so use cursna/holy water fast and cure asap..otherwise you are moussed^^
It should be no problem to kill him fast if you can handle this curse attack.
The Dragonian Berzerker need to be kited the whole time, do never ever face him directly, if you going to gang bang him, he uses a body slam that probably can instant kill the whole party in range (or at least do heavy damage). So stay away from him and kite & kill him with patience - RNG & BLM & NIN with ranged weapon will have an easy time killing him in about 5-10 minutes while the PLD is voking/flashing and running around =)
RDM should use bind and gravity a lot, it helps a lot kiting him. His resitance is very low, he didnt resist anything while we did this BCNM.
there is no need to sleep them or one of them - because if the Dragonian Berzerker awakes he will use his body slam instantly and this would result in a wipeout.
i guess there are some more tactics to kill them faster, but this is for sure 100% save and a 100% win if everyone does his job.

hmm, i would like to see a screenshot of this after the Latent Effect dissapeard - is there any change?
I got this Sword since 2 weeks and i try to get 500, i dont know how much i have atm, nut i must be close, i just want to know if there is any change.

You activate this latent,(Like all Rare/EX BCNM weapons) by using 500 Weapon skills with the weapon as your main.
