They need to updated things like these...Ppl i've talked to said that a lot things on this site needed updates very badly. They've even said that they gone to other sites & that stuff there is more updated then here. I told them that some1 was DDOS the site every so often, so that it was making it harder for Allakhazam to keep updates up.

How handy it would be if there was a vendor in Jeuno which sold these. Almost every other town in the game sells them. Hint, hint (in case any SE spies are reading this..).
I don't think any of those shopkeepers exist any more. For Windurstian players, you should go to Giddeus and beat worms until you get one of these, I think. This post is sort of a question more than an answer, because I'm not sure about any of this.
If u have a the airship pass thing, check the Galka at the Bastok Port, he sells them for 10gil. i lvled my first 4 lvl there. it's sucks for the ppl with no airship pass thing and wanna lvl GS. =(
it drops from (in the families)-worms, sometimes orcs, i got some of gobs, thugs or muggers usually drop these, and it usually drops off worms most of the time.
Drops off of many of the mobs in Ronfaure W. and E., including the Orc Mezmerizer, Orc Fodder, Orc Grappler, Goblin Thug, Tunnel Worm, and Carrion Worm.
