Magic Accuracy +1 is considered to be worth about 3-4 skill. That would mean at least +15 on all magic skills, not just enfeebling.
On the Chasuble +1, that becomes +18...

So the NQ is definitely worth it.

Who considers 1 Magic Acc. to be worth 3-4 skill? General thought as I knew it was to consider Magic Acc. and magic skill to be in a relation similar to that between Accuracy and weapon-related skills. That is, one magic acc. corresponds to about one magic skill level (if it is truly analogous to how weapon-related skills and acc are related, after 200 skill each skill level would only return about .9 acc). But this is only concerning accuracy (resist rates). If skill does anything more for a spell besides accuracy (which varies from spell to spell), you lose out on that when equipping a magic acc. item instead.

So... you could say that Chasuble adds, well, 5 skill's worth of magic acc. to any kind of magic. Helpful for magics RDMs lack a high skill in... Dark and Elemental come to mind.

While magic acc. is nice for being applicable to any kind of magic's resist rate, when *enfeebling* Warlock's Tabard is about three times better than Chasuble, even more if you think enfeebling skill affects an enfeeb beyond just its accuracy.

It would be nice if the F**ks at S/E would tell us exactly what does what in this game. Nice to have to GUESS what counts for what... +1, +3-4? WTF? who guessed this crap up anyway? "common thought"?
