This was only 25k on Ramuh server when i bought it =) i bought it cuz it looks cool but the DEF is no that great
Just a quick note:
add Lump of Beeswax x 1 to the above recipe - was changed in the latest update.
Ok the recipe up there was updated, it's now correct

Quite a pricey armor, but only for one reason. It requires the use of red grass cloth which is fairly difficult to obtain as its much less common than other materials. The Baron gear is much better value for money which is the HQ result of this armor. This gear offers decent defense for a wide variety of jobs but with no statistic boosts to back it up, there isn't much to offer besides.
Just don't go hard on the crafters for making this stuff. We only get a profit when we HQ the damned things.

I really don't think that this equip has any MND or INT + in it. Only the Baron's Saio does.

As far as I have heard, no hidden effects. Going for as much as 700k on Carbuncle. I can think of much better things to blow 700k on.

Trader's set is the basic item with no adds, it's the Baron's Saio that has the +1INT/MND.

I'm almost certain this information is wrong. Today I saw a level 75 MNK wearing this in Windurst, just modelling it, I presume. It is for the Body slot, doesn't look like RDM AF, but it is red. It's wearable by more jobs than those listed, and there is no INT or MND on it.

Yes, it is indeed the Body armour. This particular piece sells for +300k in Jeuno (Phoenix).
How do you get this, 300k is waay to much for 15 DEF and 1 MND/INT.

I know its not Head (chapeau) Hands (Cuffs) Legs (slops) and that too much def. for feet.
