I caught this fish rather easily with level 23 fishing, Halcyon rod, and a minnow.

I caught these easily in Lufais Meadows Lagoon with Hume rod, Little Worms with 25.9-28.2 skill.
Primarily obtained Dark Bass (9 stacks) with 1.5 stacks of these Goby.
Currently they NPC'd for 333 gil each with max fame.
Got a +0.1 up once from the Goby catches.

The cap on this fish is at least 54. I'm lv. 53 and I got a skillup from it. Probably about the same level as gold carps. Still don't know what it's for.
