This bait is used to catch one of the new legendary fish. There is another EX bait that catched the other new legendary fish.
Once you've caught one of these fish, you can take them to Zaldon to have him cut them open. If he finds anything it will be a Rare/Ex Item. Each of the 2 new legendary fish 'drop' a different item. You take those 2 items to the guy in Rabao that fixes your Lu rod and he will make you an Ebisu Rod. This rod is supposedly really unbreakable...like the Lu rod used to say.
