You must beat Maat with all the jobs (which essentially requires them to be at level 70 in order to have any chance of doing this) to obtain this cap. This is assuming I am not mistaken.
i read that SE gave it to someone cause he was the first to get all his jobs to 75 but im sure theres some other way.

anyway, over the years, a japanese player could easily have gotten all his/her jobs to 75 if he/she never stopped playing and played for an average of about 20 hours a week. its not too much time, just about two hours on weekdays, a little more on weekends, that adds up to a lot of hours. this game has been out in japan for over 3 years on the PS2, about 2.5 on PC. It wouldnt take too much time per day, would it?
