I got a question. I'm close to getting the Guide Beret and was wondering if I used the Guide Beret, but my friend didn't take away the enchantment, does that mean I'm stuck at that level until he does, or are there any other ways to remove the enchantment?
That would be a pretty evil thing to do if you're friend decides you can't go back to your normal level. :P Though I'm sure going to change jobs @ MH will remove it and other stuff, but just wondering if it wear off or something like that.

If you zone, it removes the lvl cap, or die.

you get the berets exactly 40 days after your friend was created, i got mine bout 2 weeks aago or so, lol

K i did this goldpass thing with my friend and i got the choco passess but neither of us has got our hats..... when do we get them?
The hat does have a function. It's enchantment REMOVES the level restriction on the Guide beret.

this hat does nothing essentially. when someone else is in your party wearing the matching guide beret, they use the guide beret special ability and his level is capped to your level. it encourages friendship and it is part of the new recruit adventure thing. There kool looking to boot.
