Though considered a delicacy, the powerful odor given off by this meat is enough to turn away even the bravest of connoisseurs.

I now have 4+ stacks of this crap, dropped from the Diatrymas I was farming today n last night... yay... it's bazaarable, now if SOMEONE would buy it. Meh, I want the damned plumes. (got a stack n a half o those, so not toooo bad, but I've started grumbling everytime one of these things drop. Oh, wait, I'm ALWAYS grumbling)

Like the ingredients for the other pop NM synths like Odorous Knife, Hakutaku Eye Cluster, and Hickory Shield, these cannot be sold on the AH, but they can be sold through Bazaars. However, I doubt anyone will buy them, because they're a fairly common drop (got 2 stacks of them in the time I farmed 1 stack of Plumes), and anyone who would be interested in popping the NM can easily solo Diatryma.

you mentioned popping an NM with this item. What NM would that be?

Is this stuff new? I killed a ton of Diatrymas before the update and never got any meat from them. Then I logged in to do some farming and got 9 of these today.

Anyway, these aren't rare or exclusive, but it seems they still can't be sold on the AH (not sure about bazaar'ing them -- haven't tried). Seems kind of weird, since they're they're clearly a food ingredient. Makes me wonder if they're also used for a new quest...
