I can make these on Sylph server. 89.6 +3 bone, 60 leather, 53 cloth-- made mine =) I'm not sure what the minimum level cloth needed is, but at 24 cloth it wouldn't let me make it, so I'd say minimum 35 probably.

I know someone on my server who might be able to make this but I dont know if his CC sub is high enough. Anyone know maybe an approx level of Clothcraft level needed for the subcraft?
Does wearing this prevent you from getting aggro from Quadavs? Cuz when I did the Oldton Movalpolos (sp?) thing, the guy told me he needed me to go through the moblins without fighting. If they do prevent aggro, I'm definitely getting one.

Oh really? They're crap, eh? You know, you need to have a bit more fun in this game. It's not always about leveling & stuff, you need to have some fun! They look cool, and you can go around showing off^^! Oh, and so you know: It's for the quest that gives you the lvl 75 beastmen hats, which have enchantment: Call <beastmen name here> and they do a random ability.

And, like someone else has already said, this recipe requires TWO black pearls. [one for each eye I suspect]
