i doubt it would work that way. i remember talkin w/ one of my friends IRL/In game we were talking about whether movement speed +% worked like that. a while later i asked my LS leader, he said no. so it would be the first way: if mob hits you for 100 dmg because of full bkac set you take 150 dmg

ok this piece is crafted....along with the rest of the black armor including the plastron body piece...unfortunatly it will cost way more then just gil...the metals to make it are from very rare places indeed...ie. if u wanted the plastron body piece u would need the following: an Orichalcum Ingot is the first rare one u need...its a rare drop from Suzaku or Kirin...also a rare drop from some uncapped 6 person BCNM's...other way to get it is to craft from ore....takes a lvl 89 goldsmither to make it...ore is very rare chance from mining in ifrits cauldren or chocobo digging in rolanberry fields...then theres the second metal...u need a kunwu iron and a kunwu sheet...a kunwu iron is made from a darksteel ore and 3 kunwu ores... kunwu ore is only obtainable from the ENM-Ouryu Cometh - Riverne - Site #A01...its an 18 person uncapped one...to make the iron you need a high lvl smither...idk the exact lvl sorry...the kunwu sheet is made from one kunwu iron so thats 3 more kunwu ore u need...again idk the lvl of smithing required...the rest of the materials are common items...it would then take a lvl 97 smither to make this piece...and they must have goldsmithing and leathercraft subs...all the pieces of this armor are made using these metals...smithing lvl for the various pieces varies from 92-97...but of course as i said earlier u will need a high lvl goldsmither for part of it too...btw im now crying over how hard this all will be to obtain...ive seen the body piece alone selling for 30mil in a bazaar on shiva...anyways hope this helps anyone out thats interested in trying to get this gear

It's crafted using Kunwu Ore I believe. The bad part about that is that it drops off of the Ouryu Cometh ENM. If you know anything about it, you know it's a hell of a ride to say the least.
So yeah, I think it'll be expensive if you find it on auction. It's been around for 4 months technically speaking and yet I rarely see one come up. But I'll agree... it's an awesome piece of equip for DRKs. It looks cool as well.

All of the affects are help apart from the Damage percent taken increase, but of course, Darks should'nt be in much of a position to take much damage. The attack +9 is nice, along with the accuracy +5, and I would really love to see how well the enhanced absorb effects work^ ^ Looks like a great addition to the Dark Knight DD arsenal.
