HNM is all about the HP no amt of VIT is gonna keep you from still taking that 1000+ DMG off a critical hit from one. The extra 40 HP could mean a saved life from luck or death by dot. Its a very bad *** earring for NIN and PLD at HNM level
Its not bad for THF but macro it in, there's better **** out there but if u a gear *****, why not.

heres the deal... im right now at this very moment in Kirin's room, setting up my gear for the fight, and then i check the region info to see if i can use the HP bonus on it, All right its under windurst control, and im a Bastokan. So as the earring says i should get 40MP converted into 40HP, then.....why the hell im not getting the bonus! ><
don't forget you have to have MP to get the bonus
