Personally I think they should hold a tournament between the winers of the Japanese and English battles.
You can get this by winning the Ballista Royale Tournament in your World, the Laurel Crown is given if you win the whole thing =)

How you get this thing i heard it was from Ballista Royal but that doesnt make scence since there hasnt been a English one yet. And Any one know on what the Teleport does?

Just because Ballista Royal has not been in a "English" one yet doesn't mean you can't get it. Well, you can't get it yet, but the Japanese players/anyone else who has the Japanese version of FFXI. What does not make sense? Go to the playonline Japanese site and view everything their, so much more happening in Japan then here >.< . Just be glad you are at lest here ( I would asume the States) and not in Europe. I said it once with DDR, I'll say it again with FFXI. But hey, what other place can pull off a kick @ss Rave better then Europe!?!?!?

What doesnt make sence is the fact that it was only JP Ballista Royal In normal ballista you have to work with JPs all the time so why not have the royal intigrated? We got ripped! RIPPED!

the teleport more than likely works by teleporting you to the next ballista match, like the key item "Ballista Instaport"
