Best skillup GA available imo. With stones equipped proc is about 85-90% of the time and stacks with Double attack. I've been skilling up with this on drk/sam and it's awesome for skillup, other than that prolly all its good for. P.S You'll eat through a stack of 99 stones in about 45mins lol.

might be nice with steel cyclone, isnt Vitality a big multiplier for that WS? Just a thought
The problem is that other Great Axes can more than make up for the VIT difference by having a larger base damage.

Posted: Dec 10 2005 at 5:41 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) While the damage is pretty bad, if you have Double Attack you can hit up to 3 times. 3 hits in a row = 36 or so TP, thats fast tp gain. Its a fun weapon to use, and if your opening darkness with Full Break, probably the best gaxe you could ask for.
If you didnt have to farm the stones like that, maybe this would be a shiny item. But it doesn't look that great unless you're tanking as a WAR.

From what I have read.. This is dropped (100%) from the Jailer of Fortitude. The Jailer of Fortitude is considered to be a Tier 1 Sea god.
The Jailer of Fortitude is forced pop by trading 12 Ghrah M Chips to a ??? that possibly spawns at I4, C8, L8, J13 and F13 in the Garden of Ru'Hmet (1st map).
What is unclear to me is whether all 5 locations have ???'s or just 1... and you have to run around looking for it. I guessing there is only 1 ??? and you need to go find it.
The Jailer of Fortitude also drops a Fortitude Torque (not 100%) and the 2nd Virtue (not 100%).

it would be alittle better with a little extra dmg to it. but still good with full double atk merits and AF2 legs and AF1 boots ^^.

Another question, what typew of item is the virtue stone? A permanent item that lasts forever, (hopefully, or they better be cheap and easily available), or a stacks to 99, one use only item like batteries?

you get 99 of them by trading to Meret npc in tavnazia safehold 1 luminium chip or luminum tissue
those drop off mobs in sea and in the palace/garden

it stacks to 99 every time the effect kicks in for this weapon a stone is used. and you get the stone from a quest. you have to trade in some item i forgot what organ it was and the guy gives you 99 stones, stones are equiped in the ammo slot
