It's an added attack per swing.

I'v used a K-club as a sub weapon before. It fires off verry often, insanley often. And I noticed the additional attacks were only with the hand I had it eqiped with. (IE) sub K- club when your second attack fires you get the additional attacks. People I know confirm Joyuse fires just as often.

The delay between attacks rounds was low for me so this is how it went.

Yes it would be insane attack rate. Unfortunatly weapons of this type are maily TP building weapons. Most jobs don't get an A+ in all weapons the skill to do the DMG just isn't there. 5TP a hit Instant 15~30 TP per 3sec attack round but with little actual DMG done to the mob.
