Would give anything for this thing's base dmg to be at least 70 instead of 60, but other wise, really fun weapon ^^

Used this as drg/war and it gives me roughly 75% double attack rate with brutal earring. The dmg is much lower than a lance but the incresed number of hits keeps normal hit DoT about the same and you get about 3:2 100TP ws over a lance. Lower dmg ws but you get an additional wyvern breath from it. After using it a couple times I think the only time it's really good for is if you are in a standard party with SC > MB and need TP quicker than you would get with a lance. Since the release of ToAU areas and TP burns becoming available for drgs in thickets, it's pretty much a show piece now sadly. After some more testing I'll post results if I remember :P

From what I have read.. This is dropped (100%) from the Jailer of Love. The Jailer of Love is considered to be a Tier 3 Sea god.
The Jailer of Love is popped when the following 3 items are traded to the ??? at K12 in Al'Taieu
1. 4th Virtue - from the Jailer of Justice
2. 5th Virtue - from the Jailer of Hope
3. 6th Virtue - from the Jailer of Prudence
The Jailer of Love also drops a Love Torque(not 100%). So far, it appears that no one has killed this. There has been rumors of various JP or Chinese Linkshells killing this, but no one has any screenshots to prove this.
I watched a JP LS fight this and wrote up a little blurb on what I saw.

With the stone thing equiped it ocasinaly attacks twice it ggose off about 75-90 % of the time.

It seems about the same as going /war. This way you can have your occasional double attack, and be able to go /thf for more damaging weapon skills. We all hate having to choose between double attack and SATA.

its a Yovra (those big flying jellyfish) that got chainspell, can cast AM II and yes, it can chainspell AM2.
it can also pop 9 of each mob with 3 kinds of mobs... the NM (which would prob be considered as a Sea god..) is called Jailor of love

Likely a drop from the Jailer of Love, a new HNM in Lumoria. We'll know more about that once someone's actually managed to kill it, though. This is likely an autocollected item, I doubt anybody actually has this yet.
