I managed to get hold of the 2nd one of these from the AH on lakshmi, will be very nice for Chi Blast o_o
I havn't actually had a chance to use it yet though. It cost me 300k so I don't want to go wasting charges if I don't need them <_< Hopefully it lasts for a decent amount of time though.

i heard from the other simmilar items like this that it only lasts something crazy short like 30sec, that it even wouldnt be useful against maat...though if u can affford these i would suggest that u use the 10mnd atleast against gods, ur elvaan and if u stack some mnd +10 here and some from food= OMFGNICECHIBLAST

Im thinking its a latent that raises the def of it to 10? when the charge is used
edit: i just saw one at lvl 34 that has 3 def and :3 so maybe it raises its def by that much more?
