These items cannot be recharged,
when purchasing make sure you buy for a reasonable price
because afterwards it is empty and basically reverts to
it's regular counterpart.

In this case the Mana Tunic is just really a regular Tunic
once all the charges are gone.

Best bet now is to either bazaar it and see if someone buys
it or just NPC the item ^_^
