Depending on the price of this and avaialability, it could be a nice option for DRG soloers.
More MP for those healing breaths, plus some VIT for your defenses, and of course that +10%HP would be great. Currently i've got over 1200 HP, but that's at 57 with a War sub and only 2 pieces of AF equipped. an extra 120 HP would be great for me. Plus, it stacks!

why would any galka pld want this? its only 25 mp (which is one cure II) and 10%hp which is like 10 at level 50. The +2 vit. is little help to us also, cause we've got much better tanking foods, like tavnazian tacos for the rich ones, and fishkabobs for us normal galkas :P

Well, if your Galka pld is getting 10 hp from a 10% increase @ lvl 50, you should really ask SE what's wrong, 'cause that means your lvl 50 Galka Pld has only 100 hp. I think perhaps your math is a bit off.

Maybe good for sword users to pop a full hp spirits within, or good for some maat fights/solo ENM/exp and such. +HP is sometimes a hard thing to find, and I'm seeing a lot more PLDs whoring up on HP rather than VIT or DEF, tbh.
