It gives +1% double attack if you don't have it, my RDM/BLM does double swings with this and its hornet dagger. And it gives you more double swings with it, if you have it as War/ or /war.

Updated stats.
Can anyone confirm that the accuracy cap is removed for the HQ version. Somepages lists the cap for standard tentacle at 18, and does not list a cap for +1.

I used some of this as NIN38 in crawlers nest. Gave DEX+3 AGI+3 and Id assume accuracy +25%, I also heard it enhances double attack. :P Not too shabby
