i picked the first up on my server for about 300k
enchanmant does not take that long to cast and for the + chr and plus hp it's worth it

Perhaps a shorter fight like the maat fight where you do have a little time to buff just before the action. I can see jobs like rdm and rng using this for some extra def to start. Not sure if the shadows from the blink band would last longer than the def boost would or not.

I happened to pick up one of two on bismarck. It's a decent belt with nice hp and def,and the vit is real nice obviously. The only thing is it takes awhile to cast enchantment and it only lasts 30 sec with a 10 min recast. I thought it would be great for gods but its almost impossible to use during any fight. I f you could use when you buff up and then have the effect kick in when you engage an enemy then it might be worth it. But honestly I don't see a practical use for it other than the hp and theres other belts that give more and are cheaper than the 200k price tag I paid.
The ocean belt blows the czar belt out of the water and is only 150k.

I find that real hard to believe.. unless of course, you were taking the belt off after you used it.
Keep in mind most of the new enchanted equipment needs to stay on while you use it or the enchantment will wear a few seconds after removal of the item.
