It might have 10 less damage than the Obow, but it does have more than 100 less delay too. It's probably comparable, especially with the agility boost.
There are a lot of factors to consider before you say that one weapon is "better" or "worse" than another, but any way you slice it, this little piece of hardware ain't too shabby.

Definately not Obow killer, look at the base dmg on it. Best Xbow for thf to use in a party for stat boosts although solo play can be argued for Ziskas.
