the ONLY thing you would use this belt for is a bcnm fight where you need some serious fast DD, or the Maat fight. most of the jobs that can wear this belt can also equip a byrnie.. also, those can equip tarasque mitts/+1 and amemet +1s.. possibly +50 or more attack needs masive str+ to be useful to its full extent. use this right before the maat fight on war after hiting mighty strikes with above said armor on, and there is no guessing if maat will defeated after the raging rush-raging rush. even if it wears off before second ws, that added 10str dramatically boosts your ws damage right when you need it.

War, Drk, Pld and Bst can use it but Mnks CAN'T!? SE what are you thinking?!? Ok, no mages is fine, but why are so many good Str, Dex and Vit things all none Mnk avalible?

Are you kidding me? Those belts are to be a symbol of the skill of a person's martial arts, who else in FFXI has A+ in hand-to-hand?! We are the masters of martials arts in this game and you wonder why we get this? .... Wow....

I got one of these belts and tested it while lvling NPC. Biggst waste of gil ever. The enchantment lasts like 30 seconds, and you waste about 10 seconds activating it. I dont see many practicle uses for this, but maybe a DD trying to see their max damage on Boreal Hound....
