the added effect for my war (got this today), first blizz hit a too weak sapling for 100 damage (lolwar/dnc25) with 48 int. hit a DC flamingo in sky for 100 damage as well.
gonna try it on whatever pop we get and see if its pretty much always 100 damage per enchantment

why would i buy a reg toporok for 1mil and not buy the blizzard toporok for 50k?
Rumor is that the enchantments on this series of weapons goes for 90+ damage. If that were true, could be useful for special fights.

These weapons do not cast useing your Int and the base multipliers, they have their own Standardized Stat and Multiplier that can be resisted or criticalled just like any other spell

is there a point to be able to cast blizzard 1 on a level 73 great axe. i mean come on. leave it to SE and take a really cool idea and make it sucktastic.
