As usual, allakhazam's info is messed up. I sent an email with most of the info on this, its stats, and how to get in ages ago and they finally updated it with this pathetic posting. It gives +5 to elemental, enhancing, AND dark magic which they left out. It also gives +25 mp.

Yeah the drop rate on these vices are stupid as hell, there's only 1 you can really control and that's the Vice of Antipathy...everywhere i've looked says trading 2-3 organs gives a higher drop rate on the vice, but doesnt change anything on the deed....im 1/3 on the deed, 0/3 on vice but we never used more than 1 organ.
When you spawn this, the MNK NM is pretty weak...he hits fast but his damage is really pathetic, just has a bit of HP. 2 Organs will generate MNK + WHM, 3 will generate MNK+WHM+RDM, i dont think the MNK gets harder by itself if you trade more, it's just more difficult cause you're fighting more than 1 NM. I've also heard the MNK reraises if you dont kill the WHM or WHM+RDM first (Qn'aerns), im not sure if it drops anything if it has reraise on but oh well, it's worth a shot.

Find the ??? in grand palace(I think)
trade upto 3 of the aern organs to the ???, if you trade 3 organs then 3 aerns will pop. One is a MNK that uses 100 fists at will. the other two are RDM and WHM.

If the MNK drops a "Vice of antipathy" then your in luck. Trade it to the person next to the "In the name of science" girl in tav safehold and voila you have a merciful cape.
BTW we went 3/14 or so
