These npc for 999 gil each with lvl 1 fame. I find that out now after the Christmas events. You can bet I would've spent a lot more time whacking boxes if I'd known.

Good food for good people

This is a great idea, but like any great idea: dimwits can make it terrible. Be sure to notify your party before using AoE food and then share as you see fit. Seems logical enough to me... {Remove} {Head} from {Inside} {Rear} and realize how sharing works.

Holy crap, everyone seems to get really upset about this. Don't complain about the food because some jackass uses it in the middle of a crowd of melee. If you don't have any food at the time anyway... why complain? Sure it's not going to be useful, but there are no negative stats on it. If you're that upset about it after your PT disbands, head to lower jeuno.

Please don't use this near your melees, it takes their food spot.

Why so many negitive comments? The idea of AoE food is badass. I love this stuff! It's great for Dynamis and Manaburns ^^ Just so long as your BLM isn't stupid about using around the whole PT lol.

[Edit] Um... exactly what monster that the Mithra fear are they talking about? Anyone know?

[Edit#2] Spelling =/

Somebody used this by me when we were about to do 8-1 & 8-2. I couldn't understand what food I had eaten and why it wouldn't wear off until I looked it up here on this site. Pretty annoying stuff, so please don't use this if you're around anybody else, unless they actually want it. AoE food though... seems like a pretty stupid idea that will just cause problems, as i've read below me haha.

If the mage that uses this isnt a **** they will let everyone know beforehand what the food does so the melee can eat their sushi / meat and be full when the blm uses this.

Any blm that uses this on melee can just warp my *** back to jueno to get the effect taken off by the little taru outside the minstral, i dont carry antacid and i know of nobody that does. And ill be damned if ill eat a death because the blm is too stupid to realize "hey maybe the melee dont want +int".
Time?

Not just mannaburn. God fights, Limbus, Sea.

If you are fighting stuff with an alliance, chances are you'll have a whole party of blm's. If you let them know ahead of time that you have an aoe food they have the option to eat something first, so they are "full" when you eat yours.

I'm sure if this was a aoe sushi you'd have caught on how wonderful this stuff is. Save me gil please!
aoe food

Now this is getting a bit out of hand. AOE food.... What is it in a big bowl and everybody grabs a spoon and goes to town.... SE needs to send this idea back to the drawing board IMO. May be nice for manaburns but in normal pt setting this stuff just plain sucks.

A blm I exped with ran into the middle of the melee group (which I was in) and used this. The monk and I were really very pissed off. The blm thought it was hilarious...

Yeah. Fresh Mugwart (in making dried mugwart) is a real pain to get, but might be worth it if someone pops one of these before a BCNM, God fight, etc... As RDM I used sweet rice cakes and I have no idea how they sell them so cheaply, with the mugwart in it, not that I am complaining. I skipped them when leveling cooking because of how difficult it was to get.

Does anyone know the logic behind these AoE foods? Might be ok for a BLM manaburn, but other than that... I just dont know.

Any how, I was just putting the information out there. What people choose to do with it, is up to them^^

I don't think you want people relying on an item that uses dried mugwort as a means to preventing getting this food's AOE.
NICE!
