This might be a dumb question...but how do you get HQ results? I have just become member of cooking guild as novice at level 29...have yet to get any HQ results, not even with the salmon subs >< I missing critical information...please help !!!!!
Not the best. Here's some others that have added and better effects.
Mushroom Stew(My Fav for WHM or /WHM): HMP+4, MP+40, Enmity-4, MND+4 Buche au Chocolat(There's a HQ of this): HMP+4, MP+3%, INT+2 Wizard cookie: HMP+7 (Lasts 5 mins) Pies+1 have HMP+ added to that some INT and MP. There's others, just click the "MP Regen while healing" link.
I personally never used cookies, I prefer pie and Stew.
WRONG WRONG WRONG. these stats are WAY off. mp regen while heal +2 accumalative so 1st tick 14, 17, 20, 23ect. see how fast a 75 blm will regen with this stuff. BEST MP REGEN FOOD IN GAME. Clear Mind FTW!!!
82 Cooking, 4 Clothcraft, 3 Leathercraft. No trouble making it, but can't HQ it. Really wanted a signed Truelove Chocolate for my lady, too.

I was 0 in leather/cloth/cooking, and I made one with a terra cry. Took my 3 trys and I lost alot of matrails. I got .3 Leather and .2 cloth when I failed.
Ginger Cookie MP Regeneration While Healing: 5 Sure they only last 3 minutes, but I never rest for more that 3 minutes at a time anyway. In other words, buy my cookies!
