Question : What skillname do you get this option to save up for? (journeyman..novice..etc)
Is it worth it? Or go without and just end up using more crystals?
If you ever wanted to work on another guild's points, I know it starts over at 0. BUT would you lose this ability? Or if its a key item, is that yours for good as soon as you buy it?
I think this ability pops up right when you can start turning in items for guild points.
Yes, these abilities are definitely worth it. Although this one is new, there is one exactly like it for Woodworking that's been around for a long time. And as a woodworker, I can say that it's definitely helpful. You don't have to carry nearly as many crystals with you, and that translates into quite a bit of savings, both in materials and in inventory space (the latter sometimes being more important than the former). So get these abilities.
And I can't say for certain if you lose the ability or not when you switch, I've never switched guilds. But I'm working on Alchemy right now, and I'm thinking about switching over to get this ability. I'll post what happens later if I do.
Edit: I just changed guilds, and I still have my woodworking abilities.
Key Item: Trituration. Purchased from Hemewmew (Bastok Mines) for 1o,ooo Guild Points. Gives the alchemy ability to synth multiple medicines with a single crystal.
I was just wondering if the chances of HQ'ing gets lower with this mass production recipe.
Thanks in advance!
