Ummm, i just got a red badge from Sandy, npc just outside the MH, in front of the fountain (south Sandy).
But this is the first i hear of red... any ideas?

IF i remember correctly, the Bastok NPC is a little Taru d00d in Port Bastok near the drawbridge to the Mog House.

Green is Windhurst. And they refer to Windy Waters, Windy Walls, Port Windy, and Windy woods. Correct?
