Out of curiosity has anyone come across a differant way of
obtaining this item aside from crafting?
These appear sporadically on the Auction House but I never
craft them because they sell for a complete and total loss.

can you recharge this after using it 50 times?
Each charge lasts up to 30 minutes and can not be recharged once
all charges are gone.

In answer to a previous post you must keep the new "enchanted" armor
equipped in order to maintain the effect. If for some reason you have
to zone or remove the armor you lose the enchantment immediatly.
Yes the enchantments do stack.
You can have more than one enchanted item equipped
ie: Talisman Obi + Talisman Cape

how much do they sell for anyways?

does anyone know if the effect wears off if you unequip this item?
i'm hoping it sticks around, so it will be useful for my bard during BCNM and HNM/God fights ^^

Working with the sticking around concept from the other enchanted items added during the last patch, they don't stick, and its still a mystery if they really do stack, though I would guess they would, but if not, you still can use the obi then the cape, longer total duration

yes they do stack. effect last 30 mins. goes away if you zone. real nice items for a over active blm.

kind of off topic but i think its interesting that the Alluring Cotton Cloth is suppose to attract mobs but this items gives a enchanment of -2 enmity. maybe i'm reading things wrong, but i just find that interesting
This and the Cape counterpart would be very useful during the lvl 20 Avatar fights, use it just when you are about to give the Searing Light order to keep hate pasted more solidly on Carby, pluss give's your hit an extra punch (Okay, more like a tap, but those fights need every shot on the mark or your flying with an exploding engine)

If i see a pld using this, i might cry.+12MP would be nice but its not worth the -2 Enmity. Especially before cure2. This is ideal for Bards and mages, though.
