I cant believe this recipe does not require a Alchemy Sub or even more, an Alchemy
main skill to craft.

Oh well... I tried this recipe since I got the Animas really cheap but oh surprise surprise:

"Synthesis canceled. That formula is beyond your current craft skill level"

This says its skillcap 20, how can it be if Im 21 and I can´t do it?... Or the Skillcap have nothing to do with the skill needed? Or this info is just wrong?
