I got these from one of the giant birds before going into the cave/tunnel in dynamis-quifim. You need the normal relic boots and this piece to upgrade. Along with 28 bills and a dark steel sheet.

is this from the normal, not- -1 version? or is this from a bad sythensis? or from a curse etc?
