Why would they edit this to say enhancing skill?

I'm assuming they accidentally selected "Enhancing Magic Skill" instead of "Enmity" from their dropdown menu.
The enhanced berserk effect is that you only lose 15% def instead of the normal 25%. Attack is the same and the effect is the same for the NQ and +1.

For a run through with the Warrior relic...
Mask => Enhances "Warcry" effect = Extends Warcry effect by 10 seconds.
Body => Enhances "Aggressor" effect = Lowers the evasion penalty
Boots => Enhances "Berserk" effect = Lowers the defense penalty
The main stats are still the same regardless. So really, they're pretty good for getting Berserk and Aggressor up for while tanking and Warcry for the sake of it.
Now between these boots and the normal Warrior's Calligae, it's just 1 more DEF, 5 more HP, and 1 more AGI.

AF2 Drops sparingly in Dynamis, an area you can reach at lvl 65+ after rank 6 and zoning into Xarcabard one more time (takes too long to explain). Lvl 71, 72, 73 AF2 drops in Dynamis Windy, Sandy, Bastok and Jeuno depending on job, with lvl 74 in Dynamis-Beaucidine and lvl 75 in Dynamis-Xarcabard.
The newer Dynamis zones, Qufim, Valkurm, Buburimu and Tav Safehold drop these pieces too, as well as -1 pieces which are cursed. Trading these, some Dynamis Currency (~30 singles) and the corresponding AF2 piece to Sagheera in Port Jeuno will get you a +1.

o ok kool thanx for clearing that up. B/c i know that the cursed -1 stuff like cursed mail -1 (which is made into crimson scale mail +1 right?) are synthed and i was wondering if you could make these too...but that wouldn't make sense really. Thanx again ^^

I'm just curious, on these boots, does the Berserk enhancment only make it so you lose less defense while Berserked, and you do not gain any extra attack?

Highly unlikely, chances are it improves attack at the cost of more defense. "Enhances" generally implies beneficial buffs, could be detrimental but for something so hard to obtain I doubt it.

No, it makes your defense go down 15% instead of the normal 25%, and the attack boost is the same.

I actually heard that it does decrease the amount of defense thats decreased when berserk is in effect but I hope your right b/c that's just not the direction this effect should be taking.
