Talk to Sattal-Mansal (Lower Jeuno) after you talked to the Tenshodo leader While you are on the 4-1 mission, He will asked you for a "Quadav Augury Shell" and in return he will give you a "Black Matinee Necklace" Key Item. The Quadav Augury Shell is found in Beadeaux off Go'BhuGascon
